Payment and Refund Policy

All services will be paid immediately after the services are delivered or up to the 15th of following month..Due to the personalized nature of the services, refunds are not available once sessions commence. The Client may request an “Irregular Refund,” which will be subject to additional review. Aussie Legasy Advisors PTY LTD with acn number 696 889 013 is under no obligation to grant such requests.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aussie Legasy Advisors PTY LTD with acn number 696 889 013, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
